We pride ourselves in providing each and everyone of our clients with a 5-star service so require an ambitious and successful Letting Agent who wish to advance in their career and join an award winning agency!
The role will include:
- Managing a database of qualified tenants.
- Handling incoming calls and qualifying applicants to company standards
- Participating in a morning meeting with the office team
- Arranging viewings
- Business generation and marketing.
- Booking valuations for landlords
- Following up viewings and reporting structured feedback to our landlords
- Undertaking accompanied viewings with tenants
- Beginning the application process for prospective tenants
- Arranging and conducting property inspections and inventories. Reporting results to both Landlords and Tenants.
The successful applicant must be pro-active, hardworking and have a proven track record. Plus, you must be able to keep up with our high levels of customer service and professional development.
